Theory, Framework, or Deepfake?

Professor Yourtle Investigates Whether Triadic Evolution Deserves to Matter

Andre Milchman

Professor Yourtle of Eupherion is sent to Earth to determine whether a comprehensive framework called Triadic Evolution deserves the attention it has not received. A first-person field investigation that takes the framework seriously enough to try to break it.

The complete book — prologue, four parts, twelve chapters, and epilogue — is published here and readable in full.

About this book

Eupherion detects an unusually comprehensive Earth framework that appears to have attracted little visible scientific or practical uptake. Professor Yourtle is sent to determine whether the neglect is rational.

He is not sent to popularize the framework. His assignment is to establish what kind of intellectual object Triadic Evolution is, what is genuinely distinctive about it, what evidence could support or weaken it, whether its architecture improves scientific inquiry, whether it improves diagnosis or decisions in consequential sociotechnical cases, and whether any demonstrated value is large enough to justify the conceptual cost of learning and using it.

The framework under examination is Triadic Evolution, developed by the same author. The investigation's outcome is not predetermined.
